My Three Magic Words – Your Mental Rehearsal

Once you are setup and ready to take your shot:

– Look at the target, and think (visualize) … Hold, Shoulders, Hips.
– Then, look back at the ball and Hold, Shoulders, Hips.

Hold – Hold (brace) your back knee (while you turn your),
Shoulders – Turn your shoulders around your spine (then you),
Hips – Use your hips/body to completely unwind the downswing.

This is done in an equal rhythm: Hold… Shoulders… Hips…
