I am an older golfer (80) in excellent physical condition. My current clubs were custom build around a different type of golf swing (I now use Ross’s technique) and served me well for many years, however, there are no groves left on the irons. Any suggestions? I recently order Wilson Staff D350 irons with senior flex but they were to heavy so I returned the purchase. Based on recommendations I will go test the recommendations at a golf fitter.

I don’t recommend clubs. I would however not buy clubs with correction build in (like offset hosels) or closed/open face… I would try many different say 6-7 irons at the range and then you choose which one you believe feels the best to you. That is the most important factor.
