Thanks a lot for your tuition via simple video’s.
Just adding some further thoughts to the swing BREATHING OVER THE BALL BEFORE HITTING .
Iam finding that emptying my diaphragm completely while addressing the ball just before the swing is helping
relieve tension in the whole body and arms, grip,etc, and is allowing what feel is a smoother swing as you are not having to fight against the diaphragm therefore getting a full swing in both direction.
This is allowing The Ross Turn to be enhanced with ease as pointed out above if not having to fight the diaphragm.
What would be your thoughts here.
