    Thank you Ross for all of your help. Do you set up with your weight 60/40 with your hybrid? 60% to the left like you do with all of the other clubs? Do you lean the shaft with the hybrid?     Yes, at least 60% and more on the front foot as you get closer to the green (pitch, chip). I don’t have a hybrid video specifically, but that does not matter because it is no different. You want to adjust ball position for your particular swing and situation. You want to practice adjusting the position for different results. Depending on the hybrid, you want to meet the ball slightly before the bottom of your swing arc. In other words, meet the ball just before the bottom. When you learn to control your weight you can improve on your contact and know right where the bottom is. Hint: If your weight shifts back and forth, so does the bottom of the swing arc and the chance for a consistent result is slim to none.
