    Dear Ross, I write to make a personal request from you and I only hope it will receive attention, graciously so
    I lost my phone to a domestic accident last week. Most painfully is that all my swing analysis, 3 of them!!! could not be recovered up till now .
    I just want to request if only it is possible to get them from your record and resent to me. They are such a valuable asset to me if you know what I mean. I desire to keep them forever.
    I wait patiently.
