Thought I would chime in here. I have been using the Ross method for around two years and my HC has dropped from 24 to 15 1/2 . I recently got fitted for custom clubs since I now have a repeatable swing. They measured me, put me on a monitor and a lie board. My new clubs are really awesome but I think would have been pointless without the reliable repeatable swing. The club fitter even commented how easy it was to help me because the swings were so similar he could really see the differences the equipment made on the monitor. They helped improve my accuracy but no where near as dramatically as working on the Ross method has done. If you feel like the swing is there then the fitting can help as well IMO.
